From Ivan Apfel Photography…Anne and Dave’s entire planning process centered around making the wedding an experience not just for themselves, but also for their guests as well. Some of the details they had to enhance their guest’s experiences included a sailboat turned into a full top-shelf bar, a SMORES bar next to the firepit, a 30 foot smoker compliments of BBQ Bob’s serving fresh BBQ, a tiki hut selfie photo booth, and a live band. On top of that, instead of a traditional wedding cake, they opted for a Pie Bar with over half a dozen different pie flavors from Fireman Derek’s Famous Pies; resulting in guests going back for second and third servings. Everything brought together in perfect harmony by Julia Timmins of Blue Water Weddings. It was clear that this day was not just a celebration of their love, but also a celebration of the friends and family they share their life with.
