For ALL Couples Getting Married

Longwood Gardens Proposal by Michelle Lynn Weddings

It comes as no surprise that Longwood Gardens is one of the top locales for proposals, engagements, and weddings. The garden setting is romantic at every turn–especially during the summer when the florals and foliage are in full bloom. We can go on about why we love this spot, but instead we’ll let the images from Michelle Lynn Weddings do the talking. See it all below!

Kristina and John met with the help of the dating app Bumble. They both attended Montclair State University, but their paths never crossed on campus. The two got to know each other over the phone and a few weeks later, Johnny asked Kristina on a date to a restaurant called The Oakley. After dinner and trivia, they went back to their alma mater to look at the NYC skyline. On July 6, 2022, Johnny took Kristina on a last-minute trip to Pennsylvania to visit Longwood Gardens. They explored many trails, saw the fountain displays, and after lunch, Johnny wanted to check out one specific garden on the map. They made their way down the path to the stairs that led down to a quiet, flowered garden. It was there Johnny got down on one knee and proposed.

“Without knowing, Johnny proposed to me on the same date as my great grandparent’s wedding and we also booked our wedding the same day my grandparents met.”
