After pursuing the images from this wedding by Vanessa Joy Photography, you never would have guessed the couple went into wedding planning with no theme in mind. Each and every detail ended up coordinating perfectly resulting in an elegant chateau affair. From the traditional church ceremony to the picturesque setting of the Pleasantdale Château, classic lace wedding gown and romantic centerpieces, this gallery is a wedding fairytale dream come true. See it all below!
From the bride…We didn’t go into the overall planning with a theme in mind. We ended up with a classic garden feel mainly due to the choice in venue and our preference in simple elegance. We had an Etsy artist paint fun, simple water color scenes that corresponded to our table names, used moss for our escort card table and stuck to white, champagne and antique colored flowers. It all came together very nicely, but the most important detail was that the overall feel reflected who we are. We also really wanted to make sure our guests had an amazing time so we focused on choosing a band that would keep our guests on their feet but not be obnoxious. I think when we describe our feelings on our wedding day to our children we will use one word, loved. Of course we felt the love for each other. Tim and I enjoyed every moment we had together that day, it was a moment in time in which nothing else matter except each other. However, we also felt the love from all of our family and friends who were celebrating with us. Its was so amazing to have almost all the people in our lives in one room celebrating with us!
