This New Jersey country engagement session is as sweet as the couple’s story. Erin and TJ go way back to childhood, but it wasn’t until they were out at a local bar one night when they were reintroduced. Sparks flew and that was the beginning of their forever. As for the night TJ proposed? He sent Erin out to his truck, while he turned on their favorite song, “Tennessee Whiskey” by Chris Stapleton and set up a camera. Upon walking back inside, he called Erin into their living room and got down on one knee making the proposal a special moment with them and their two dogs. SO SWEET! See all the fun these two had with Nikki & Chip Photography during their engagement session at The Barns at Locust Hall below.
From Nikki & Chip Photography…Right at the start of Erin & TJ’s engagement session at The Barns at Locust Hall, they kicked off their shoes…literally. Yup, they did their session barefoot. And that right there should give you some insight into how down-to-earth and fun they are. They decided on The Barns at Locust Hall as their wedding venue, which made it the perfect spot for their session. It’s a gem of a location! From the historic main house and barn, rows of peach and apple trees, and sunflower field—we had a blast exploring all it had to offer.
