How adorable is Sara and Mike? And their proposal story is just as sweet! The two had planned a weekend getaway to Philadelphia where Mike was planning to pop the question on top of One Liberty Observation Deck. But after enjoying their night out venturing the city together, Mike turned Sara (who was walking a step or two in ahead) around, pulled her in close to him and got down on one knee making this the greatest moment of Sara’s life. As for their engagement session captured by Meely Photography? The couple chose Princeton University for the beautiful architecture, grounds, and history behind each building. From the bride…Mike and I grew up in the same one square mile town as one another. We actually lived a block away from each other for most of our lives! We met back in High School which seems like ages ago – 19 years ago to be exact. I remember always seeing him walking down the hallway in between classes, saying hi to him, and thinking gosh he is so cute. I always had such a crush on Mike growing up. Throughout the years I felt like he was the one that got away. Last January, Mike reached out to me through Instagram. When I saw that I had a message from him my eyes instantly lit up. I couldn’t believe it. Mike isn’t too big on social media and admitted to me shortly after that the only reason he made an Instagram account was because it was the only way he knew he would be able to get in contact with me. Needless to say the rest is history and we’ve been inseparable ever since!
