From the bride-to-be…“I knew from the moment we met. It wasn’t love at first sight exactly, but –familiarity. Like: oh, hello, it’s you. It’s going to be you. Mike and I met long before we actually “met,” six years ago… to be exact. In an ideal world our relationship would have started then, he was quite smitten and so was I. But as we all know life sometimes has a funny way unfolding, so six years later we had our first date and it was anything short of magical. Within the first week he told me he knew I was who he’d eventually spend the rest of his life with, and ironically I had been thinking the same exact thing after our first date! We both found in one another what we had been searching for: chemistry, support, and most importantly friendship. It was March 17th, when Mike proposed to me. It was a usually date night for us, we’re a pretty adventurous couple. Our date nights typically consist of hiking, riding motorcycles, fishing, but this time it was by the ocean for our favorite, Sangria and Oysters. We took a walk on the beach, it was a little past sunset… I’ll never forget it. He got down on one knee and asked me to share life with him!! It was so perfect. He was so perfect. The bond him and I have is indescribable, and the lifetime of adventures ahead is so exciting! And to think it’s just beginning… we are so blessed! Looking forward to life alongside my handsome guy.
