This adorable duo’s story proves that love truly is the best medicine. Noha and Alex were medical interns at Thomas Jefferson University when they first met in the ICU. On early mornings they would get breakfast together in the cafeteria and have been together ever since. As for the proposal? It was during their third year of residency when Alex took Noha to dinner at a restaurant in Rittenhouse Square (they shared their first date there) and even sat at the same table. According to Noha, it was a private and a romantic moment.
