At first glance, you never would have thought this wedding editorial took place in the middle of a snow storm advisory. But when you have a creative vision, you do anything and everything possible to make that concept come to life. Case in point? This winter wonderland inspiration captured through the lens of Kai Davis Photography. We just love the rich tones of burgundy paired with navy and gold against the white blanket of snow. Add in evergreens, velvet, and wood for the perfect touch of texture. Take a peek at all the pretty below and then watch the highlight film from Mas Media who brings it all full circle.
From Kai Davis Photography…Who could’ve thought that our planned styled shoot was indeed STILL going to take place despite the snow storm advisory warning in Michigan. So excited to share photos from the styled shoot of our winter wonderland magical setup with top Michigan talents. We all drove in the snow blizzard and weather advisory on January 18th, 2020 because we had this beautiful concept in mind. We wanted to show potential brides how gorgeous it is to have winter-themed photos! The colors for the shoot were a mix of blue, gold, burgundy and white. They just mixed up so beautifully and contrasted with the snow all around.
To showcase the warmth of the season, a navy velvet tablecloth graced the table with gold flower charger and gold flatware. Adding in pops of burgundy in the centerpiece on gold pillar stands and burgundy napkin to tie everything together.
