A COASTAL FALL BAYSIDE WEDDING AT BONNET ISLAND ESTATE
Vanessa and Thomas’ early November wedding at Bonnet Island Estate was a stunning blend of elegance and personal touches. With a rich color palette of white, terracotta, and burgundy, their day was filled with warmth and romance. Laura looked radiant in her beaded Martina Liana gown, while Ryan’s bold red loafers added a modern twist to his classic ensemble. From their intimate first look to the heartfelt ceremony in the Boathouse Chapel, every moment was beautifully captured by Courtney Simpson Photography. The couple even included their fur baby for portraits and made a donation in lieu of favors, adding meaningful touches to their wedding day. From the Bride…Thomas and I met freshman year of catholic high school. No one believes me, but I knew when I was 15 years old that I was going to marry Thomas. We broke up for college in a little and Thomas had a life changing event that wound up bringing us back together. At that moment we knew it was always meant to be. 13 years in the making!
Designed by Jack Perri Events, the bride’s bouquet incorporated a mix of roses, scabiosa, burgundy carnations, and delicate greenery. The arrangement perfectly captured a warm balance of autumnal tones that added a timeless pop of color to the bride’s wedding day look.
Guests found their reception tables with an alphabetized seating display adorned with florals. Inside the ballroom, low floral arrangements were set against crisp white linens and blush napkins. Floor-to-ceiling windows and 30-foot cathedral ceilings created a grand, light filled space. At the bar, family and friends were treated to three signature drinks–one named after the couple’s dog.
