For ALL Couples Getting Married

We know we said this time and time again, but classic weddings are sure to stand the test of time. Don’t believe us? Just take a peek at this summer riverfront wedding in Red Bank captured by Francesca Michetti Photography. From the bride’s lace Pronovias wedding gown and the florals mixed with whites, greenery, and slate/dusty blue to the picturesque locale of the Molly Pitcher Inn, there’s so many details throughout to fall in love with. See for yourself below!

From Francesca Michetti Photography…Nicole and Mike are not only gorgeous on the outside, but they have such warm and kind hearts. I received at least a couple hugs from each of them through out the day, which made me so happy because I’m a hugger too! The ceremony and reception all took place at the beautiful Molly Pitcher Inn located in Red Bank, New Jersey. I had never been to this area of Jersey before and I decided I am definitely coming back for a visit or weekend getaway! Nicole and Mike’s union was a beautiful fusion of the their Polish and Jewish backgrounds and I was so blessed to be a part of it.

The wedding took place at a historic hotel in Red Bank, NJ and the ceremony was outside overlooking the Navesink River. We did not have a particular theme, but I describe our wedding as a classic summer night wedding with a clean, bright airy feel. Our goal was to make the wedding feel elegant yet simple with a relaxing vibe. My uncle, Robert Wisniewski officiated the ceremony and Michael and I we were married under a chuppah, which is a Jewish wedding tradition that symbolizes the life we will build together as a couple. At the reception we danced the hora and a traditional Polish polka was also played. We also incorporated the Bread and Salt Blessing, which is an old and very popular Polish tradition given by the parents of the bride and groom.

We chose to have a classic wedding look. Something that would stand the test of time. The groomsmen wore black tuxes with black bowties and the bridal party wore slate blue bridesmaids dresses made by Bill Levkoff. I wore a strapless, a-line lace Pronovias gown with a sweetheart neckline. I accessorized with silver accessories, a simple diamond necklace and my hair was worn half-up half-down with light bouncy curls. My shoes were sparkly Badgley Mischka heels to compliment my accessories. Michael wore a single breasted black tux with a white point collar, white bow tie, black shoes, and a Rolex Submariner watch on his left hand.

Our florist, Craig Kiely and Darryn Murphy Designs, decorated the ceremony area and reception. Decor consisted of lots of white flowers (predominately roses and hydrangeas) with greenery and slate/dusty blue flowers for color. The  chuppah was made of white birch trees, draped with white cloth and decorated it with tons of white flowers. There were also 2 large urns next to the Chuppah with lush flowers and sprigs of eucalyptus. The chairs at the end of each isle were decorated with a few white flowers and eucalyptus as well. The centerpieces at the reception were also created by the florist and complimented the flower arrangements at the ceremony.

The ceremony area and reception hall was decorated with lots of white flowers with greenery and pops of dusty blue flowers and succulents. The bridesmaids gowns were a dusty blue color and bridal party bouquets were predominately white flowers (predominately roses and hydrangeas) with subtle, light blue tones mixed in. The chuppah we were married under was decorated with lots of white flowers with greenery that cascaded down one side of the chuppah to create an asymmetrical design. The table center pieces were also full of lush flowers, mainly white and dusty blue flowers with some succulents mixed in. Our wedding backdrop was the beautiful Navesink River.
